Consultations
The initial consultation will take 60 minutes or there about. Prior to this you will be sent a detailed form to fill out, which will need to be returned 48hrs prior to your appointment.
The form is an over view of your general health and will be discussed in more detail in consultation.
From there you maybe required to have further tests but this will be advised at your consultation, based on your specific requirements.
Price list:
One hour consultation $70.00
Half hour consultation $35.00
Extra time is charged at $10 per 10mins
Please note that any other fees arising from additional tests or supplements will be advised to you at your consultation
Cheque or cash payment is required at the end of all consultations.
Cancellation notice of 24hrs is required please.
